Well, its weird to think this time last year I was so nervous. Becky, Sue, and Lila were all headed home from Vietnam. I was bouncing off the walls with trying to get the House cleaned up, and half way baby proof (right). I had been home for a little over 2 weeks by myself, making phone calls to "important" people. Trying to shake loose our approval. So many people helped, and you will forever be apart of our lives.
My Wife, and Mother-in-law are two of the bravest people I know. I can't imagine flying that long with our little Monster. But they managed to do it some how.
I just remember seeing them coming down the jet way at Lambert airport and thinking, there isn't a better way to celebrate a birthday. Now that its a year later and our lives coming full circle again. This have been a year of "remember this time last year" stories: the referral, travel, gottcha day, and now the homecoming.

OH I LOVE IT! What a great post. I always get choked up when I read your posts. It is amazing how far we all have come with our adopted angels. I don't think anyone else understands the ups and downs, joys and sorrows except someone that has adopted.
Congratulations on your homecoming, and it sounds like a Happy Birthday is in order.
Congratulations.
