School Girl

Our baby (I mean big girl) started school on January 5th! She's going to preschool three mornings a week. We were all really excited for her to start preschool mainly for the social interaction. I was a nervous wreck the first day (which is kind of ridiculous since I work about 10 feet away from where her classroom is)! Everything has went really well and Lila really seems to like school. She gets a little sad in the morning when I drop her off and always gives one of two reasons why, 1. "I'll miss my family" or 2. "But mom, it's soooo boring here". Every time I look in the classroom she's having a blast, so I guess it will just take a little time to get used to the routine. Lila really likes her teachers and talks about the kids in her class a lot, so hopefully it won't take long.
