Our First Dentist Visit

Lila went to the dentist for the first time today and did great! She was not scared at all and sat in the chair like a big girl! I honestly think she had fun. Unfortunately they found four small cavities. They are in her four front teeth (two top, two bottom) which also happen to be the four teeth she had when we met her in Vietnam. This is hopefully good news, the dentist thinks that she probably was just given bottles at night which caused the issue and it shouldn't be something ongoing. Since she sat so well for the dentist, she thinks she'll be able to fill the teeth without us having to put Lila under anesthesia, which is also good news. We're keeping our fingers crossed that the next two appointments go really smoothly!



Since Lila was such a good girl we went to the Cupcakery afterwords. Kind of counterproductive I know, but we'll brush really good tonight.
