So, swimming lessons were...an experience. The first day of lessons Lila wasn't exactly listening to the instructor and wandered out farther in the pool than she was supposed to, since I was closest, I jumped in when she went under and wasn't coming up. Unfortunately I was wearing flip flops, jeans, and a polo shirt at the time. Kind of put a negative spin on the experience for me :) She got progressively better at listening throughout the 2 weeks, I'm not sure how much she learned, but she had a lot of fun. She's obviously never been scared of the water, so maybe next time she'll actually learn to float or something ?!

Wow! I'm impressed that she's so comfortable with the water. Molly clings to me if we're in water past her waist. Sounds like Lila's a little fish! :-)
OH NO about the jumping in the pool in jeans thing. That's as mother's instinct for you though. nice job!
We really need to get the boys swimming lessons, you are motivating me.
